7-day window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition

For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn (only tried on over underwear), unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Exchanges

Wrong size or colour? We'll swap it for a different size or colour, subject to stock.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return costs.

How to return

Email support@thepowabra.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
