Free delivery on every PowaBra order, anywhere in the world.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

South African orders usually arrive within 7–11 business days.

International orders take a little longer, depending on your country.

Remote areas and peak seasons (such as Black Friday and December) can take a little longer.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery is free worldwide, to every country we ship to. The final delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at support@thepowabra.co.za with your order number and we'll sort it out.
